How do I know that counselling is for me?
If you’re not sure about counselling it may help to meet up or talk over
the phone. There is no charge for this initial meeting and no obligation to
book another session.
How often will I need to come?
This really depends on how you are feeling and the issues you bring to counselling.
There is no minimum or maximum number of sessions and you decide when to stop
coming.
How much does it cost?
A counselling session lasts for one hour and costs £40, payable upon
completion. Most clients prefer to meet on a weekly basis.
